Shipping method chosen DOES NOT mean delivery time. Ice Costume Boutique's products are very specialized and not always "ready to ship". Due to the vast sizing, width, color, setup, and decoration options, many products have to be made, ordered, set up, put together, waterproofed or ordered in from our suppliers prior to being shipped. Popular products that have delayed timelines are usually referenced with a "production time" in the description. So shipping time would be:
Production time + Shipping method chosen.
We are not responsible for packages stolen from your property. If you do not have a secure area for packages to be left please select a shipping option that requires a signature. Ground shipping and Priority mail do not require a signature. Once delivery is confirmed by the shipper it is considered in your possession
